The client wanted to transform their builder basic unit into a stylish and trendy space that reflected their personal taste. The project involved several upgrades, including flat black hardware throughout the unit, new LED lighting, and quartz counters with a waterfall edge. The herringbone backsplash and large format tiles in the kitchen and bathroom added to the luxurious feel of the space, while the high-end laminated flooring and 7-inch-tall baseboards created a seamless and cohesive look. An electric fireplace was built in for added ambiance, along with under cabinet lighting and custom Aria vents. The ceilings were redone with LED pot lights, and all doors, trim, and baseboards were replaced. The entire space was painted with ultra-flat and satin paint from Benjamin Moore to match and complement each other. The end result was a stunning 550 sqft space that the client was over the moon with.
