Bathroom #1:
The client was looking to transform their 30 year old bathroom into a functional and stylish space without breaking the bank. The goal was to create a beautiful but affordable bathroom that would be used primarily as a spare bathroom. To achieve this, a number of changes were made. A new soaker tub was installed along with new plumbing and fixtures. The floors were redone with new 12×24 tiles and the walls were covered with new 4×12 subway tiles. A new toilet and vanity were also installed. The entire bathroom was waterproofed to prevent any potential leaks. To finish off the renovation, new paint and LED lighting were added to create a bright and modern atmosphere. The end result was a stunning and functional bathroom that exceeded the client’s expectations, all while staying within their budget.
Bathroom #2:
The client wanted to upgrade their master bathroom from a tub to a luxurious walk-in shower with glass doors, complete with high-end fixtures for daily use. They also wanted to reduce maintenance and cleaning time by minimizing grout lines. During the renovation, we discovered multiple plumbing leaks and rotten wood due to the previous tub. After fixing all the issues, we were able to make their dream shower a reality. The old tub was replaced with a custom walk-in shower, including custom envelope shower floors and 6×48 tiles on the walls. The floors were redone with 24×48 tiles and the entire bathroom was waterproofed to prevent any future leaks. To finish off the renovation, new paint and LED pot lights were added, along with a new toilet, high-end bathroom fixtures, custom glass slider, and a new vanity. The result was a stunning, functional, and low-maintenance bathroom that the client could enjoy every day.
