The client was eager to give their home a modern update by replacing the old 100 year old floors (800 sqft of flooring) and updating the baseboards and doors. To achieve this, high end luxury vinyl was chosen to replace the old floors, and all doors were replaced with new trim, frames, and lock sets. Additionally, all doors were painted white to create a cohesive look throughout the home. A set of double French doors, a pocket door, and bi-fold doors were also installed to add versatility and style to the space. New baseboards were added throughout the home and painted to match the new doors. In the master bedroom, the subfloor was repaired and the new luxury vinyl was installed, resulting in a fresh and updated look for the entire home.
